SEMI-FINALS
Sat, 10 Sep 05
12:00nn NTU Tempest vs Moosettesz (LSF1)
NTU Tempest have gone through to the semi-finals without playing a match.  This could very well work against them as they take on defending champions Moosettesz in the first sem-final.  They may lack competition sharpness due to the long layoff, and against Moosettesz, this rustiness could prove fatal.  NTU Tempest will however still be hoping that it will be third time lucky for them this season, as they have lost their previous 2 encounters to Moosettesz by 0-3 and 0-7.  Moosettesz will want to punctuate their dominance over NTU Tempest with a large exclamation mark.  It will be up to NTU Tempest to weather the storm.
SFL2005 Result:  NTU Tempest  0  Moosettesz  3 (12 Mar)
                                 NTU Tempest  0  Moosettesz  7  (10 Apr) [Semi-FInal Play-off]

2:00pm
NUS Jupitans vs Millennia Skools OSB Owls (LSF2)
NUS Jupitans carved out a shock 3-1 win over the Owls when they met in the league this season. They will be hoping for a similar upset in this second semi-final.  The Owls won't give a hoot about past league results, especially after last week's 13-2 demolition of NUS Titans, which is supposedly the stronger of the NUS teams.  Lim Bin Bin. the Jupitans goalkeeper who was outstanding in the league upset victory, will have her work cut out for her in this rematch.
SFL2005 Result:  NUS Jupitans  3  Millennia Skools OSB Owls  1  (12 Feb)
4:00pm SC Red Flamingoes vs NUS Nemesis  (MSF1)
This will be the third meeting between these 2 teams this season, with SCRF proving triumphant on both previous ocassions.  Will the NUS team be their nemesis this time around?  NUS Nemesis will have it tough to achieve a win, but it is not beyond them, especially after last week's win over MS Innebandy.  They have now strengthened themselves from the league with several exchange students, as well as the return of one of their key players, Pang Yong Wee.  SCRF meanwhile were missing several regulars from last week's line-up, including key players Jesper Strom, Stefan Dahlgren and G Sasitheran.  A close result could be expected for this match.
SFL2005 Result:  SC Red Flamingoes  3  NUS Nemesis  2  (9 Jan)
                                 SC Red Flamingoes  8  NUS Nemesis  2 (10 Apr) [ Semi-Final playoff)

6:00pm
Moosemen vs Genesis ITE   (MSF2)
This will be a first meeting between these 2 teams, and promises an interesting match-up between Moosemen and the Quek brothers who used to play for them.  2 hotshot scorers also go up against each other in the form of Timothy Quek (Genesis ITE) and Leroy Brown (Moosemen) who plundered 4 of last week's 5 goals by Moosemen against NUS Saints.
