12:00nn Moosemen vs Merahans
In the first ever SFL2008 match at the new venue of Jurong West Sports Hall, we see 2 teams with perfect win records square up to each other in the Match of the Week. Which team will lose their perfect record. Moosemen will be favourites to win this match. With a suspect Merahans defence, the match will hinge on how potent the Moosemen attack will be. Merahans are likely to score quite a number of goals, so they will hope that their leaky defence can hold out against Moosemen, whose finishing has not been that impressive so far this season.

2:00pm Skools OSB Owls vs NTU Tempest
Skools OSB Owls romped to an easy 10-2 win over NUS Jupitans in their last match and would be expected to follow up with another convincing win over struggling NTU Tempest, who were thrashed 13-5 by ZAPF the last time out.

4:00pm Nhac Tre vs NUS Saints
NUS Saints have struggled this season and have yet to score a point. Nhac Tre have not been that impressive either. If they can muster up enough players, Nhac Tre should be able to rack up a win and NUS Saints will have to wait another week to get their first points of the season.

6:00pm NUS Titans vs Skools OSB Youth
NUS Titans have disappointed this season with their performances. Skools OSB Youth have improved over last season and should give NUS Titans a tough match. Titans are still favourites to win but if they fail to take their chances like in the first 2 matches, Skools OSB Youth could spring a surprise.

8:00pm Blacks FC vs Pasirian Hitmen
Blacks FC have played well in patches in their 4 matches but have been unable to hold out for a positive result. Against Pasirian HItmen, they face a daunting task to get their first points of the season. Pasirian Hitmen should win this match, but Blacks will fight all the way to the end.

10:00am Pasirian Scheqaz vs Singapore School Girls
Pasirian Scheqaz were not able to apply sustained pressure from all their 3 lines in their last match against LMFC2011. They should however find this match against Singapore School Girls a stroll in the park. You can expect Pasirian Scheqaz to hit double figures against Singapore School Girls.

12:00nn NTU Hurricanes vs RP Salibandy
NTU Hurricanes' 2 match winning run was brought to a griding halt by Moosemen. Despite holding out against Moosemen in the first period, Hurricanes were eventually swept away 1-10 in the last match at Tampines Sports Hall this season. RP Salibandy have meanwhile lost 2 matches in a row, but have a good chance to break this poor run of results.

2:00pm Z-Athletica Pink Flamingoes vs LMFC2011
LMFC2011 have chalked up 2 wins and are favourites to continue this run. However, against ZAPF, they will not find it an easy task. ZAPF can pull off a shock result if the more experienced LMFC2011 players are not present or do not perform.

This match should see an abundance of goals, mostly from one team - Skools Innebandy. Singapore School Boys will strive to keep the score down, but Skools Innebandy will be much too strong and will easily overwhelm them.

6:00pm FC Squirrettes vs NUS Jupitans
Don't expect this match to get you too excited. The 2 teams' performances so far this season have not been that great. NUS Jupitans will be slight favourites to pull off a win but it will be a low scoring affair.

8:00pm Z-Athletica Red Flamingoes vs NUS Nemesis
We end the first weekend at Jurong West with the promise of an exciting encounter between ZARF and the unpredictable and disappointing NUS Nemesis. NUS Nemesis proved to be the Flamingoes' nemesis last season by inflicting their first defeat of the season, and will hope to repeat this feat and spoil ZARF's 100% win record this season. It will however be a tall order.
