The Asia Pacific Floorball Championships 2009 (apac 2009) for Men and Ladies was held from 25 to 29 March 2009 in Pyeong Taek, South Korea. Check out the feature page here.
The Institute-Varsity-Polytechnic (IVP) Floorball Championships 2009 was held from 5 to 23 Jan 2009 at Tampines Sports Hall (group matches) and ITE College East - Simei (play-offs). RP won the Men's title, while SIM retained their Ladies' title. Check out the ivp 2009 feature page.

In a friendly international played between the touring Indian men's floorball team and Singapore at the Tampines Sports Hall on Monday, 3 December 2008, Singapore won by a score of 31-0.
The Asia Pacific Floorball Championships 2008 (apac 2008) for Men was held from 25 to 29 Aug 2008 in Perth, Western Australia at the Loftus Recreation Centre. Singapore emerged champions. Check out the apac 2008 feature page here.
The Singapore Floorball League 2008 (SFL2008) commenced in January 2008 with the Men's and Ladies' Division 1 leagues, which ran until April 2008. The Division 2 league started on 5 July 2008 and ended on 28 September 2008.
The Asia Oceania Floorball Confederation (AOFC) held its General Assembly at the Woodlands Sports Hall in Singapore on Thursday, 6 Dec 07. A new Central Board was also elected at the General Assembly with the following composition:

The Pesta Sukan Floorball Cup 2007 Ladies' Open category was played on 18 & 19 Aug 2007 at the multi-purpose hall of Republic Polytechnic. Congratulations to Skools OSB Owls for emerging as champions.

The World Floorball Championships will be moved from its usual slot in May to the second week of December from 2008 onwards. With this change, the WFC2008 will now be played in the Czech Republic in December 2008. As part of the change, the annual Under-19 World Floorball Championships will now be held in May from 2008, with the Women's U-19 to be held in Switzerland in May 2008.
